Associate Specialist Doctor
Dr Madeleine Attridge works as an Associate Specialist doctor for Psychiatry UK. She has worked as a GP for over 15 years and has special interests in ADHD, lifestyle medicine, coaching and women’s health. She graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2005. She has also spent time working in Australia, Ghana and Kenya.
She has a Diploma in Medical Education and is a EMCC qualified Coach and Mentor. Alongside her role with Psychiatry UK Dr Attridge also works as a part time GP, University tutor for Exeter Medical School, GP appraiser and coach for newly qualified GPs. In many of her roles Dr Attridge has experience in managing a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, neurodiversity and substance misuse. She values a patient-centred approach and helping to empower patients to make changes to the health and wellbeing.
Outside of work Dr Attridge enjoys running, tennis, football and enjoying trips to the beach!
