Choosing an ADHD assessment can feel daunting, and I understand that many people come to their appointment after years of wondering why things have been harder than they seem for others. My approach is calm, kind and non-judgemental, so you feel listened to, respected, and able to ask questions throughout.
I’m a UK-trained Associate Specialist Psychiatrist with experience across both the NHS and independent practice. My training and clinical work have included assessing adults with a wide range of mental health needs, which helps me take a careful, thoughtful approach and consider other explanations where appropriate.
Our assessment is comprehensive and evidence-based, and tailored to you. Together we’ll explore your developmental history, education, work, relationships, strengths and the difficulties you’re currently experiencing, building a clear picture of what best explains your experiences.
