I’m a consultant psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various mental health difficulties including ADHD and neurodivergencies, mood and anxiety disorders as well as psychosis.
I also specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders including Mentalisation-Based Treatment and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I have an interest in research and have published in important academic journals.
I graduated from Aristotle University in Greece and completed my psychiatry training in East London NHS Foundation Trust.
I’m a proponent of a holistic and collaborative approach, take pleasure in my work and value helping my clients to achieve the changes they want to make in their lives.
